摘要 复合组织异体移植（Composite Tissue allotrans plantarion，CTA）为修复重建外科提供了新的治疗途径。烧伤、创伤及面部肿瘤手术切除等造成颜面组织器官缺损畸形，损伤的部位常包括耳、鼻、眼睑和口唇等体表器官，其修复比较困难。对于严重毁容患者，通过植皮或皮瓣移植等现有的方法难以使患者的容貌恢复正常，应用异体复合组织移植进行颜面重建修复效果明显优于自体组织移植，
