摘要
介绍了基于MSPFW427单片机的热量表的具体设计,并详细阐述了热量表的测量原理,系统硬件中单片机MSP430FW427、温度和流量传感器的选择与应用,以及系统软件的6个模块的设计。并且利用MSP430FW427的各工作模式降低了系统的功耗,满足了电池长时期驱动的要求。研制的基于MSP430FW427的热量表具有体积小、功耗低、精度高、计量准确、功能完善、使用范围广等的特点。
This paper presented the detailed design of the heat meter based on MSP430FW427 ,described the measure principle of heat meter,the selection and application of single chip computer MSP430FW427 ,temperature transducer and flow transducer in detail. The system software was composed of six modules. In order to reduce the power consumption and satisfy the batteries requirement of long time drive,this system used each operating mode of MSP430FW427. The heat meter based on MSP430FW427 has the features of compact structure ,low power consumption ,high accuracy,consummate function ,wild use range.
