摘要
利用超声测量非接触的特点 ,将温度测量与超声流量测量相结合设计出户用超声式热量表 ,克服了目前普遍使用的叶轮式热量表在供水水质不好时 ,精度下降并极易损坏的缺点。文中具体描述了超声热量表的结构、温度和流量测量电路 ,并通过MSP4 30单片机的选用 。
Based on the characteristics of ultrasonic non contact measurement and the combination of temperature measurement with ultrasonic flow measurement, a domestic used ultrasonic heat meter was designed, its overcoming the shortage of an active impeller heat meter that the its accuracy will decrease and its impeller will be damaged easily when the water supply quality is not good. The structure of the ultrasonic heat meter and the circuits of temperature and flow measurement were described. The design method of the meter with low power consumption was given by selecting MSP430 singlechip microcomputer.
