摘要
结合数字温度传感器DS18B20和RS-485总线的优点,建立电缆沟槽温度的监控系统。系统是以上位PC机为测控中心,由单片机W77E58与温度传感器温度组成带地址码的温度测量终端,通过RS485总线构成自动级联的分布式温度测量系统。基于Delphi的监控系统采用轮询方式接收和存储温度值,建立数据库,进行统计和分析,可以查询和打印温度节点的统计指标和曲线,自动预报节点的温度变化趋势。投入运行3年,系统可靠性和实用性得到了验证。
With integration of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and RS -485, a distributed temperature monitoring system for power cable chute was implemented. The monitoring centre based on personal computer was designed to receive and process data, the temperature surveying terminal unit consisted of microcontroller W77E58 and the temperature sensor, and the terminal unit with address code was serially connected to the monitoring centre automatically over polling manner. The monitoring software based on Delphi put the surveying temperature into database, conducted a statistical analysis on it, the requirement, display and print of the temperature curve was available, and the temperature change trend was predicted according to statistical results. The system has been put into operation stably and reliably for 3 years in the field.
