摘要
给出了一种由24位∑-Δ型数模转换器、一线式温度传感器、单片机和以太网芯片组成的双路加速度数据采集方案。阐述了A/D变换、温度采集、UDP通讯协议的实现、采集结果校正、采集软件的编制等多个重要环节的实现方法。在此基础上搭建了加速度数据采集系统,进行了实际检测,并将该方案具体应用于路面平整度测量系统中。
This paper presented a dual acceleration acquisition system which was composed of 24-bit A/D converter, 1-wire temperature sensor, single-chip microcomputer and Ethernet chip. It expounded the A/D conversion, temperature acquisition, the realization of the UDP protocol, calibration of the acquisition resuhs, the establishment of acquisition software and many other important aspects of the method. On the basis of these, it structured the acceleration data acquisition system, preceded the real test and applied the scheme to road surface smoothness detection system.
