摘要
针对当前工业无线温度采集系统大都采用数字温度传感器,使用具有局限性,温度精度低等问题。设计了以Pt100与24位A/D为温度采样部分的ZigBee高精度温度监测系统。该系统利用ZigBee技术,以低功耗CC2530芯片为硬件核心,并移植了Z-Stack协议栈。测试结果表明:该系统运行稳定、实时、准确,对提高工业无线温度采样精度具有十分重要的意义。
Aimed at the problems of wireless temperature monitoring system using digital temperature sensor, such as usinglimited, low-precision and unease system maintenance, a solution for high-precision temperature monitoring system based on Zigbee technology was proposed. This paper adopted ultra-low power CC2530 MCU as the hardware,Z-Stack protocol as software, to design the system. Test results indicate that the system can operate stably , accurately ,in real time , which is very important to improve the precision of temperature sampling in industry.
