摘要
为了验证内模控制的控制效果,文设计了基于MATLAB的温度控制系统进行半实物仿真。系统采用MATLAB从软件上实现控制器的设计,然后通过计算机的串口对硬件温度对象进行内模控制,从而进一步研究内模控制的实现问题。实验结果表明,采用内模控制的温控系统能较快的达到稳定状态,控制品质优于常规PID控制。
In order to validate the control results of internal model control, a temperature control system based on hardware- in-the-loop simulation was designed with MATLAB. The controller was designed with MATLAB, and controlled the hardware object through the serial snterface of computer. And the internal model control implementation was researched. The experiment results indicate that the temperature control system based on internal model control can achieve stability faster, and the control quality is better than traditional PID control method.
