摘要
目的:比较两种吻合方法建立静脉桥狭窄动物模型的差别。方法:2.0~2.5kg普通新西兰大白兔17只,分A、B两组,取颈外静脉与颈总动脉进行端端吻合,吻合时分别采用间断吻合(A组)和间断加连续吻合(B组)的方法。术后1月取下静脉桥,采用计算机图像处理系统分析新内膜、中膜厚度。结果:A组手术时间和吻合时间均较B组长,出血多,具有统计学意义;1月后两组静脉桥管壁均增厚,光镜下见新内膜形成,中膜增厚,两组差异没有显著性。结论:间断加连续端端吻合兔颈外静脉-颈总动脉,建立静脉桥模型要优于单纯间断吻合方法。
Objective:To compare two type of anastomosis to institute vein graft model. Methods:Studies were performed by using normal New Zealand's white rabbits(n=17,weight 2,0 -2.5kg) which be divided into two group, Every rabbit's unilateral jugular vein was anastomosed end-to-end with common carotid artery by interrupted suture(group A,n=9)or interrupted and continuous suture(group B,n=8), Samples of tissues were harvested after 1 mouth and examined under a light microscope, The vessel wall dimensions were measured by computer-aided planimentry. Results:The time of anastomosis and whole operation of group A are longer than group B(P〈0.05).The bleeding of group A is more than Group B(P〈0.05),All vien grafts are unobstructed and the total wall thickening. The neointimal and medial demostracted hyperplasia. But there is not statistically difference between the two goups, Conclusion:The method of anastomosis by interrupted and continuous suture is successfully and excelled that by single interrupted suture.
