间断加连续吻合建立静脉桥狭窄动物模型的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立一种与人冠状动脉旁路移植手术(CABG)后大隐静脉桥狭窄病理过程相似的动物模型。方法2.0~2.5kg普通新西兰大白兔8只,取颈外静脉与颈总动脉进行端端吻合,吻合时采用间断加连续的方法。术后1个月取下静脉桥,采用计算机图像处理系统分析新内膜、中膜厚度。结果该方法术中出血少,8只兔静脉桥均通畅;1个月后管壁均增厚,光镜下见静脉桥新内膜形成,中膜增厚,与正常静脉对比,差异有统计学意义。结论间断加连续端端吻合兔颈外静脉-颈总动脉,建立静脉桥模型可满意模拟人CABG术后大隐静脉桥的病理变化。 Objective To constitute a vein graft model that can mimic the pathology of human saphenous vein graft. Methods The studies were performed by using normal New Zealand's white rabbits(8 cases) ,weighing 2.0-2.5kg. Every rabbit's unilateral jugular vein was anastomosised end-to-end with common carotid artery by interrupted and continuous suture. Samples of tissues were harvested after 1 month and examined under a light microscope,the vessel wall dimensions were measured by computer-aided planimentry, Results The bleeding in operation was few. All vien grafts were unobstructed and the total wall thickening. The neointimal and medial demorstrated statistically hyperplasia compared with the normal jugular vein. Conclusion The method of anastomosis is successful and the model can mimic the pathology of human saphenous vein graft.
