摘要
目的:探讨毛状黏液样星形细胞瘤(PMA)的影像学和组织学特点,提高对PMA的认知。方法:结合文献复习,回顾性分析一例我院被确诊为PMA的资料,归纳总结PMA的影像学、组织学特点和治疗,预后。结果:PMA和毛细胞星形细胞瘤(PA)在组织学上和影像学上略有差异,但PMA生物学侵袭性强,PMA的疗效和预后不佳。结论:深入了解PMA的影像学和组织学特点,对PMA的诊断、治疗和预后及相关研究意义重大。
Objective：To study the imaging and histological features of pilomyxoid astrocytoma （PMA）, and to improve our knowledge about PMA. Methods： The data of a PMA patient in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively and the imaging and histological characters,treatment and prognosis about PMA were summarized with reference to literature re view. Results： There was a little difference between PMA and PA in imaging and histology： the curative effect and prognosis of PMA were not so good as PA because of its aggression. Conclusion： Further study of the characteristics in imaging and histology of PMA is needed because it＇s important for the diagnosis, treatment,prognosis and further research of PMA.
