摘要
目的:探讨幕上纤维型星形细胞瘤的CT和MR表现特征。方法:回顾性分析26例经手术、病理证实的幕上纤维型星形细胞瘤的CT、MR表现特点。26例均行MR平扫及增强扫描,16例行CT平扫。结果:本组肿瘤好发于大脑半球深部,病变主要累及髓质,以额颞叶为主(23例,88%),部分侵犯邻近皮质。26例中17例(65%)病变为弥漫性生长,没有明确肿块形成,表现为稍长T1、长T2信号,FLAIR呈等、高信号。病灶周围水肿较轻,增强扫描15例无明显强化,其余为轻度不均匀强化。16例行CT平扫,均呈等低密度影,病灶内密度均匀或轻度不均匀,大部分与脑实质分界不清,周围局部脑沟、脑裂变窄。结论:幕上纤维型星形细胞瘤具有一定的CT、MR表现特征,充分认识这些影像特征有助于提高诊断符合率。
