摘要
针对滑动轴承轴瓦形状比较规则的特点,本文提出一种求解流体润滑有限元变分不等方程的直接解法,无需迭代便可求得节点压力及油膜破裂边界,从而大大节省了计算时间。当节点编号满足一定条件时这种解是精确的,即使不满足,其精度也足以满足工程需要。
According to the regular form of the tiles of journal bearings this paper presents a direct solution method for the finite element variational inequalities arising from fluid lubrications. No iteration process is needed to solve of the pressure of nodal points and the bounds of the cracked oil film, so the computing time is reduced greatly. The solution fits the discrete inequalities exactly when the nodal number is arranged to meet a kind of requirement, otherwise the error may be produced but the accuracy of the solution is still sufficient to meet the requirements of the engineering applications.
