摘要
基于两类流面理论,本文建立了混流式转轮内部流动的准三元计算与叶片设计的通用模型。以(?)_(θγ)及厚度分布为已知条件,建立了S_1流面上的叶片设计模型。计算实例表明,按本文模型进行设计,可以得到满足给定负荷分布及厚度分布的转轮,为转轮设计提供了一种新的有效的计算模型和方法。
Based on S1/S2 Streamsurface theory, a flow analysis and blade design model for Francis runner is presented. This quasi-three dimensional design model consists of flow analysis on S2m Streamsurface and blade design on S1 stramsurface. The distribution of the averaged swirl velocity Vθr and the blade thickness of the geometry of the runner is prescribed, and the corresponding blade shape is computed iterativety. The method is validated by two examples, and very good agreements have been obtained between the specified and the computedVθr distribution.
