摘要
以速度矩及叶片厚度分布为已知条件,基于两类流面理论,建立了流面反问题计算的混流式转轮准三维设计模型。该模型可计入叶片流道内周向参数分布不均匀对叶片设计的影响。研究了叶片边界条件对叶片性能、叶片形状及设计计算的收敛性的影响,为转轮设计提出了新的思想。按本文模型设计的叶片,其速度矩分布与给定值基本吻合。
The forging technology using remained heat in castings is called casting - forging technology. The tensile strength and the elongation of the alloy 6061 treated by the technology increased by 47 K and 83 % sep-arately . Aifter a commecial pure aluminium has been processed by the casting - forging technology, the hasrd -ness increased by 18 % and the grain size decreased as compared with that added by A1 - Ti - B master alloy .
