摘要
目的了解门诊咨询台护士在语言沟通技巧方面存在的问题,并进行分析,提高门诊护士的护理质量。方法对门诊护士进行语言沟通技巧、职业道德、人文服务理念等相关知识的培训。结果门诊护士语言沟通能力显著提高,在咨询台能准确、合理、到位地使用语言沟通技巧为病人服务,病人满意度明显提高。结论通过培训可提高咨询台护士的服务质量,提高病人满意度。
Objective To analyze the existing problems in communication skills among counseling nurses and improve the quality of nursing. Method The nurses in outpatient department received training related to communication skills,professional ethics and humanistic service philosophy. Result This practice improved nurses' communication skills and increased patients' satisfaction. Conclusion Systemic training can improve the quality of service among counseling nurses and increase patients' satisfaction.
