摘要
西部民族地区在城镇化建设中必须加大对教育事业的财政投入,必须进行财政管理体制的创新,必须有相应的法律制度作为保障。西部民族地区在城镇化建设中应当建立教育事业专用基金,建立健全各级财务监督机构,监督资金的合理使用。
Financial investment in education should be increased in urbanization of the western ethnic regions. Innovation should be made in financial administration system with relevant legal system as safeguard. In urbanization of the western ethnic regions, special purpose fund should be set up for education, an financial supervision organs should be established at all levels to supervise rational spending of fund.
