摘要
大学生就业难已日渐引起人们和社会的关注,存在的问题不少,如大部分大学生缺乏"吃苦"精神;在择业观念上过于追求实利;考虑就业问题的时间较晚;在校期间未能为走向社会做必要的准备等等。笔者认为各民族院校应该对少数民族大学生择业价值观进行正确引导;加强对民族院校毕业生的公共就业服务;进一步开展自主创业教育并大力扶持大学生自主创业;加强对民族院校大学生的就业指导教育;建立大学生职业生涯规划服务机构,配备专业指导人员;建立健全毕业生的跟踪和反馈机制等。
Employment of university students has aroused more concern in society. There are many problems, such as the majority of students lack hard-working spirit; they pursue material wealth in selecting occupation;they start to think of employment rather late;and they have not made necessary preparation for stepping into society before graduation. The writers think that ethnic universities should make great efforts to provide correct guidance of job selection value for ethnic minority students;strengthen employment service for graduating students; further conduct education of self-employment and assist students in their self-employment; enhance education of employment guidance for students; establish service organs with professional personnel to help students make job plan;and set up and optimize tracing and feedback mechanism.
