摘要
大学生就业难的问题成为全社会普遍关注的"热点"问题,而其中职业技术学院大学生就业状况令人堪忧。本文对高职生就业心理进行了研究,并得出了研究结果。针对研究结果,提出了一系列的对策。
Entering into the 21st century, the highereducation in our country has realized the strategic transformation from ＂elitism＂ to ＂popularization＂. With the arrival of popular educational age, the problem of employment for college students has become the hot spot with universal concern by society especially for those students in vocational technology institu- tion. Vocational technology education is an important part of modern education and the pillar of industrialization, socialization and modernization of production. The state of employment of vocational technology institution students directly decides whether vocational and technical colleges have sustainable development. The article studied the psychology of employment of the vocational technology institution students and has got some results. In the light of these results, the article presented a serious of countermeasures.
