摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定小儿氨酚黄那敏片中对乙酰氨基酚含量。方法:采用安捷伦EclipseXDB-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相,流速为0.8ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为249nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在0.2005~2.0048μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.82%,RSD为0.23%(n=6)。结论:该法稳定、简便,可用于小儿氨酚黄那敏片的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Paracetamol in Xiao'er Anfen Huang Namin Tablets. Methods: Agilent Eclipse XDB-CIs(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5um) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(80:20),the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min,column temperature was 30℃ and wavelength of detecting at 249 nm. Results: The linear range of paracetamol was within 0.200 5-2.004 8ug, (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.82%, RSD=0.23%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple and stable. It can be used for the control of Xiao'er Anfen Huang Namin Tablets.
