摘要
随着钢桥新型优势结构型式的发展,纵、横向焊缝交叉不可避免。本文依据孙口黄河大桥设计中所采用的交叉焊缝构造细节型式,模拟设计、制备了该细节的疲劳试件。对影响该细节疲劳的两个主要因素金相组织和残余应力进行了研究,通过室内模型疲劳试验确定了该细节的S—N曲线,并从疲劳试件断口分析中验证了该细节的疲劳薄弱环节。研究结果表明:尽管该细节的疲劳抗力受到金相组织和焊接残余应力的影响,但是其目标可靠度下的安全使用寿命仍大于设计基准期。该细节是一种比较安全可靠的结构形式,宜在钢桥设计中推广应用。
Along with the development of new type and advance structural pattern,intersection weld sturctural details cannot be avoided in steel bridges.In this paper,the fatigue specimens of such details are simulated and manufactured according to the pattern used in the design of SUNKOU Yellow River Bridge.Two main factors (metallographic structure and residual stress) which affect the fatigue resistance of the details are studied.Through laboratory model fatigue experiment,the fatigue resistance curves are obtained.The weak link is verified by examination of the fatigue fracture macroscopic surfaces of the specimens.The study results show that the safe service life is longer than 100 years under the target reliability degree of the details.It is a safe and reliable structural pattern of details and it is advisable to spread its application in steel bridge design.
