摘要
目的:观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:对32例子宫肌瘤患者行HI-FU治疗。采用超声及彩色多普勒血流显像(color Doppler flow imaging,CDFI)于治疗前后测定肌瘤的大小、灰度、血流现象等情况,结合临床表现进行疗效评价。结果:32例中疗效显著9例(28.1%),有效13例(40.6%),部分有效8例(25.0%),无效2例(6.3%),总有效率为93.8%。32例均未出现并发症。结论:HIFU作为一种治疗肿瘤的新型无手术创伤的手段用于治疗子宫肌瘤是有效和安全的。
Objective： To review the efficacy of the treatment of uterine leiomyomas with high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU）. Methods- A total of 32 patients with children-born-aged women with uterine leiomyomas were treated with HIFU, Conventional ultrasounography and color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） were performed to observe the change of the size and echotexture and color flow of tumors after treatment. Results： All 32 patients were evaluated, 9 patients （28.1%） were significant curative effect, 13 patients（40.6%） were moderate curative effect, 8 patients （25.0%） were mild curative effect, and 2 patients （6.3%） were failed to respond to treatment. The overall response rate was 93.8%. None patient experienced complication. Conclusions： Patients with uterine leiomyomas can be treated effecively and safely by HIFU, and HIFU appears to be a new non invasive method for the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
