摘要
目的 研究高强度聚焦超声 (high- intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治疗中晚期腹腔、盆腔肿瘤或腺体增生症的近期治疗效果和安全性。方法 以 134例腹腔、盆腔肿瘤的患者作为治疗对象 ,采用 FEP-BY0 1高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗系统对靶组织进行超高温 (70～ 10 0℃ )治疗 ,并将恶性肿瘤分成空腔脏器肿瘤和非空腔脏器肿瘤两组进行 HIFU疗效统计。结果 空腔脏器肿瘤 18例 ,显效率、有效率、无效率分别为 2 7.8%、6 1.1%、11.1% ;非空腔脏器恶性肿瘤 83例 ,显效率 12 .0 %、有效率 71.1%、无效率 16 .9%。结论 HIFU这种局部治疗技术对腹腔、盆腔肿瘤及子宫肌瘤、前列腺增生等不仅有确切疗效、安全且还具有其他治疗手段无法比拟的独特优势。
Objective To study safety and near-term curative effect of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in celiac and pelvic tumor or hyperplasia treatment.Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with celiac or pelvic tumor enrolled in the study.Target tissue was treated with FEP-BY01 HIFU system.Curative effects of 134 cases were evaluated respectively in cavum-organ tumor group and non-cavum-organ tumor group.Results There were 18 cases with cavum-organ tumor who got complete remission (CR) 27.8%,partial remission (PR) 61.1%,noncontributory (NC) 11.1%;83 cases with non-cavum-organ malignant tumor:CR was 12.0%,PR was 71.1%,NC was 16.9%.Conclusion HIFU had distinct advantage than other cures as an effective and safe local treatment of cavum-organ tumor,non-cavum-organ tumor,myoma of uterus and hyperplasia of prostate.
