摘要
目的:探讨CT和MRI对主动脉夹层动脉瘤(ADA)的影像诊断价值。方法:选择主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者22例,16例行CT检查,6例行MRI检查,均采用平扫加增强扫描,结合图像重建技术对比观察。结果:CT和MRI检查技术诊断ADA的敏感性和特异性均较高,能不同程度地显示ADA的范围及其分型、真假腔、内膜片和内膜破口、附壁血栓和壁内血肿、主动脉的扩张和狭窄及其分支血管受累情况。结论:CT和MRI检查能明确诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤,具有准确、快速、无创伤的优点。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis value of dissecting aneurysm of aorta (ADA) with multislice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods: This group of 22 cases with ADA, 16 cases with CT and 6 cases with MRI. All cases with ADA were adopted plain and contrast enhancement scanning, after the images reconstruction contrasts the observation. Result: The sensitivity and specificity of two advanced techniques in diagnosis of ADA were high. MRI and CT showed the dimension, true or false lumen, intimal flap, intimal tear, thrombus and intramural hematoma of ADA, aortic dilatation or stenosis and the major aortic branches. Conclusion: CT and MRI can establish the diagnosis of ADA, which are accurate, quick and non-trauma in clinical application.
