摘要
回顾性分析胸主动脉64层CT对53例Stanford B型主动脉夹层(AD)患者实施腔内隔绝术(EVGE)的价值。手术成功率100%,整体并发症发生率9.4%,主要并发症发生率1.9%,次要并发症发生率7.5%。表明胸主动脉64层CT对EVGE具有重要的指导价值。
53 cases of stanford type B aortic dissection（AD） were retrospectively analyzd, so as to study the value of thoracic aorta 64-slice CT in endovascular graft exclusion（EVGE）. Surgical success rate was found to be 100% , the overall complication rate 9.4% , major complication rate 1.9% and secondary complication rate 7.5%. 64-slice CT in thoracic has important guiding values in VEGE.
