急性白血病红细胞CD55^+、CD59^+分子的检测及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨急性白血病(AL)红细胞CD55+、CD59+表达及其临床意义。方法:AL患者42例,正常对照组42例,采用免疫荧光流式细胞仪检测红细胞膜表面CD55+、CD59+分子数量,采用全自动蛋白分析仪检测体液免疫相关指标。对AL患者,按化疗前后骨髓中原始细胞的百分数,将其分为缓解组和未缓解组,并对2组患者的红细胞膜表面CD55+、CD59+分子检测结果进行比较。结果:AL患者红细胞膜表面CD55+、CD59+分子数量较正常对照组下降,差别有统计学意义(P均<0.05);CD55+分子与IgA呈正相关(P<0.05);CD59+分子与补体C3、C4呈负相关(P<0.05);CD55+分子数量在AL患者未缓解组较缓解组下降,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AL患者红细胞天然免疫功能下降;红细胞膜表面CD55、CD59分子参与体液免疫反应调控,但CD55+分子的数量能否作为判断AL患者免疫状态及预后的指标之一,有待进一步探索和研究。 Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significancy of erythrocyte CD55^+ and CD59^+ in patients with acute leukemia(AL). Methods: The amount of CD55^+ and CD59^+ on the blood cell in 42 pa- tients with acute leukemia and 42 normal by immune fluorescent light flow cytometery were measured. By full automatic protein analyze appearance detect the relational norm on body fluid immune . The patients with AL were seperated into two groups of mitigator and not mitigator according to the situation of marrow mitigated, before and after chemotherapy CD55^+ , CD59^+ molecule on red cytomembrane surface detecting result of 2 parts of patients with AL were analysed. Results: The amount of CD55^+ and CD59^+ in the patients with AL significantly decreased than of normal controls. There were significant differences between two groups (P〈0.05). There was a positive correlation between the amount of CD55^+ and IgA (P 〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between the amount of CD59^+ and C3, C4 (P 〈0.05). The amount of CD55^+ significantly decreased between the groups of mitigator and not mitigator in patients with AL. The difference had significant meaning (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The immune function of erythrocytes in patients with AL is depressed. Red blood cell CD55 and CD59 member have participated body fluid immune response regulation. Whether did CD55^+ take judges one of the AL patient immunity condition and pre-after targets, waits for further explores and research.
