摘要
针对采煤区堆有大量废弃煤矸石的现状,对自燃煤矸石用于路面基层的技术进行了研究。分析了自燃煤矸石等主要材料的化学成分、物理力学性质,提出了用水泥和二灰稳定煤矸石的合理配合比,并对煤矸石混合料做了不同龄期的无侧限抗压强度试验,分析其强度增长规律。该技术的应用可实现降低通县乡公路造价,推动矿区周边通县乡公路建设进程,同时解决了煤炭工业区煤矸石的占地和污染。
The technique of using spontaneous-ignition gangue as base course material was approached aiming at the stack of disused coal gangue in the coal mining area. The chemical components and physical mechanical properties of spontaneous ignition gangue and other main materials were analysed, and an appropriate proportion of the blending with cement and fly ash-llme stabilized coal gangue was given. Experiments on the tmconfined compressive strength of the coal gangue blendings with different length of time were carried out, and the increasing regularity of the strength was studied. The application of the technique would reduce the cost and promete the construction of highway between counties arotmd the mining areas, and could also solve the problems caused by the disused coal gangue (e. g. pollution and occupation of large area) in the coal industrial areas.
