摘要
煤矸石种类多,堆存数量大,是一种亟待规模化利用的固体废弃物,而路面基层因其对建筑砂石需求量大可为煤矸石规模化利用提供一条途径。针对路面基层的需求特点,概述了煤矸石的矿物化学组分、颗粒级配、压碎值、吸水率等特性,并介绍了煤矸石的分类情况;总结分析了煤矸石特性对于路面基层混合料力学性能、体积稳定性、耐久性等性能的影响规律,并基于现有研究成果提出了煤矸石综合利用的发展建议,以期为煤矸石在路面基层中的大规模推广利用提供参考。
There are many kinds of coal gangue and a large amount of piles,which is a kind of solid waste to be used on a large scale.However,the pavement base can provide a way for the large-scale utilization of coal gangue because of its large demand for building sand and gravel.According to the demand characteristics of pavement base,the classification of coal gangue is introduced,and its mineral chemical composition,particle gradation,crushing value and water absorption are summarized.Summarize the characteristics of mechanical properties,volume stability and durability,and proposes the development suggestions of the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue in order to provide reference to the large-scale popularization and utilization in the pavement base.
