摘要
根据某型急救车的振动特点,借助系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS,建立了包括车厢、车载担架和卧姿伤病员在内的18自由度虚拟样机模型。通过仿真分析与优化设计,得出了合理的减振方案,并对系统优化前后的冲击隔振效果进行了简化计算。各种分析结果表明担架系统的振动响应特性得到了有效改善。
According to the vibration characteristics of a certain type of ambulance,the virtual prototype model of eighteen degrees of freedom, including carriage, vehicle stretcher system and recumbent position woundeds was built up with system dynamic simulation software ADAMS.Through the simulation analysis and optimization design,the reasonable absorbing vibration scheme was founded, and the effects of shock absorbing before and after optimization design were compared. As seen from the analysis results, the vibration response characteristics of stretchers have been largely improved.
