摘要
本文对九个不同尺寸规格的环形钢丝绳减振器进行了试验研究,得出了它们的迟滞回线,分析了环形钢丝绳减振器直径比D/d对其刚度性能的影响,研究了环形钢丝绳减振器的阻尼性能。研究结果表明:环形钢丝绳减振器具有非线性软化迟滞特性,属于R-O模型,并可简化为双线性模型进行计算,其阻尼比可达0.2以上,是一种性能优良的减振器。其刚度软化程度适当,稳定性好,尤其运用于锻锤基础的减振治理。
Mine ring structure wirerope isolators(RSWI) with different sizes and standards were researched,Their delay circuits were drawn.The effects of D/d(ratios of diameters of isolator)on stiffness were analyzed and the damping properties of RSEI were researched.The trsult indicated that the RSEI had the character of nonlinear softening delay, belonging to the model of R-O.It can be simplified to double linear model to calculate.The damping ratio of RSWI can be higher than 0.2.Therefore,this kind of isolator has superior properties.In addition,it has proper softening degree of stiffness and good stableness so that it is very fit for controlling the vibration of the foundation of hammers.
