摘要
目的:探讨CD44v9 mRNA和Ki-67在乳腺癌中表达的关系。方法:应用组织芯片分别结合原位杂交和免疫组化方法检测乳腺癌中CD44v9 mRNA和Ki-67的表达。结果:乳腺癌组织CD44v9 mRNA和Ki-67表达水平明显高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中CD44v9 mRNA的表达与淋巴结转移、远处转移具有显著相关性,Ki-67的表达与组织病理分级、淋巴结转移均有显著相关性。它们的表达与肿瘤大小、年龄等无关(P>0.05)。两者表达成正相关(r=0.367,P<0.01)。结论:CD44v9 mRNA和Ki-67与乳腺癌的恶性生物学行为密切相关,可作为预测肿瘤转移潜能的指标。组织芯片技术是病理学研究的一种新方法,具有高效、简便及标准化的特点。
Objective; To study the expression and correlation of CD44v9 mRNA and Ki -67 in breast cancer. Methods: The expression of CD44v9 mRNA was examined in breast tissues by tissue chip and in situ hybridization, the expression of Ki - 67 was detected in breast tissues by tissue chip and immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression levels of CD44v9 mRNA and Ki - 67 were obviously higher in breast cancer than that in normal tissue (P 〈 0. 05). There was significant correlation between CD44v9 mRNA and lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was significant correlation between Ki -67 immunoreactivity and the histologic grading, lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05). The positive correlation was observed between expression of CD44v9 mRNA and Ki - 67 (r = 0. 367, P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The expression of CD44v9 mRNA and Ki -67 is closely related to the tumor malignancy biological behaviour of breast cancer. They can predict the potential cancer cell metastasis. Tissue chip is a new technology on pathological studies. It is high efficient convenient and standardized.
