当代英国小说研究的若干命题被引量：48

摘要 20世纪后半叶以来,英国小说的发展走向令人瞩目,其轨迹大致可以呈现出现实主义和现代主义交替钟摆式运行。尽管不同的发展阶段也出现不同的表现特征。多元文化格局的形成,又极大地丰富和拓展了当代英国小说的空间。小说严肃精英性质逐渐被通俗流行所替代,纯文学走向了边缘,从此一直徘徊在文学与文本之间、严肃与娱乐之间、理性与非理性之间。本文拟从"迷思与历史交织"、"都市意象主题"、"文化杂糅"和"病症叙写"四个方面简要论述当代英国小说研究值得关注的几个创作命题。
