摘要
采用文献资料法、实验研究法对不同体质中年女子利用"全民健身路径"健身进行研究.研究出适合不同体质中年女子健身的较科学的健身路径,并配以科学的健身运动处方,使中年女子通过科学健身达到防病祛病、增强体质的目的.
By document-material way and experiment-study way, studied the whole nation's body-building route taken by the middle-aged women and finds out the scientific body-building way suitable to different physiques. The final result, carried out with proper body-building prescription will help the middle-aged women master the scientific way of body-building and later reach the goal of preventing diseases and strengthening body.
