摘要
目的:探讨红景天联合氯沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法:将64例早期DN患者随机分为氯沙坦对照组和红景天联合氯沙坦治疗组。观察临床疗效和治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清三酰甘油(TG)、血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血白蛋白(Alb)、血液流变学等指标。结果:(1)治疗组总有效率为87.5%,与对照组比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。(2)两组治疗后FPG和HbAlC的水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后与治疗前比较,治疗组TC、TG明显下降、HDL-C明显上升(P<0.05);对照组上述指标虽较前有所改善,但并无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(4)两组治疗后,UAER及尿β2-MG较治疗前显著改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗前后Scr、BUN、血Alb均无明显变化(P>0.05)。(5)两组治疗前后比较,治疗组全血比高切黏度、全血比低切黏度改善具有统计学差异(P<0.05),其余各指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(6)治疗组治疗前后血常规、肝功能无统计学差异(P>0.05),尿常规、大便常规结果治疗前后亦均为正常。(7)临床治疗全过程中,所有患者均未见不良反应。结论:氯沙坦联合红景天治疗早期DN疗效确切、安全。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of rhodiola rosea in combination with losartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods： 64 patients with early DN were randomly allocated into treatment and control group. The indices of FPG, HbA1C,TC,TG,HDL- C, UAER, β2 - MG in urine, Scr,BUN,ALB and the data of haemorheology were observed before and after treatments,and the results were compared. Results： （1）The total effective rate was 87.5% in treatment group. It had a significant difference,as compared with control group（ P〈0.01 ）. （2）FPG and HbAIC decreased obviously in both groups,especially in treatment group,as compared with control group（P〈 0.05）. （3）TC, TG decreased and HDL increased significantly in treatment group（P 〈 0.05）. There were not obvious differences in control group. （4）Both of the groups reduced UAER and β2 - MG in urine efficiently. In contrast, the reduction was greater in treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ）. There were not significant differences in Scr,BUN and ALB before and after treatments in the two groups（P 〉0.05）. （5）The data of BVH and BVL in haemorheology had a amendment in treatment group（P 〈 0.05）. （6）The routine examination of blood, urine, stool and the hepatic function was normal before and after treatments in treatment group. （7）In the whole process of clinic therapy,all the patients had not any adverse reaction. Conclusion： The Combined Use of Rhodiola rosea and Losartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy is feasible and effective.
