摘要
根据集电极退饱和检测短路原理及ＩＧＢＴ的短路安全工作区（ＳＣＳＯＡ）限制，设计并分析了具有较完善性能的ＩＧＢＴ短路保护电路。试验结果表明：短路保护快速、安全、可靠、简便，具有较大的应用价值。
The IGBT short circuiting protective circuit with optimum performance is designed and studied on the basis of the principle of collector emitter voltage desaturation detection and the limitation of IGBT short circuit safe operating area(SCSOA).The experimental results show that the short circuiting protective circuit is fast,safe,reliable and simple,and is of great application value.
