摘要
8K型电力机车IGBT辅助逆变器于1996年10月初装车试运行,至今运行状况正常。本文介绍了该逆变器方案的比较选择、控制电路和驱动电路。控制电路由电源变换、脉冲分配和检测保护环节三部分组成;驱动电路重点介绍了减少电磁干扰的设计要求和IGBT短路检测与保护的参数选择。同时还给出部分试验结果。
The auxiliary IGBT inverter rated 50kVA was equipped to 8K electric locomotive for test operation since October 1996, with satisfactory operating state hereafter. The design considerations such as the configuration selection, optimum control and drive circuits are presented. The EMC design and short circuit protection for IGBT was especially focused. Experimental results validating the proposed structure are also presented.
