摘要
新海27块属厚层一特厚层边底水普通稠油油藏,1993年直井井网利用天然能量投入开发,由于底水锥进、边水突进和管外串槽等因素导致油井水淹严重,油藏长期处于低速低效开采状态,一次开发最终采收率为15.3%。2004年以来,在精细开展二次开发前期研究的基础上,通过思路创新、技术创新和管理创新,利用水平井和热采等技术进行二次开发,投产水平井33口,断块年产油由1×10~4t/a上升至12×10~4t/a。达到了一次开发高峰期的产量,最终采收率翻番,投资回收期为2.9a,建成了"高标准、高水平、高效益"的中国石油天然气股份公司二次开发示范区块。
Block Xinhai 27 is a thick and ultra thick conventional heavy oil reservoir with edge/bottom water.The reservoir was produced with vertical well pattern by natural energy in 1993.Because of bottom water coning,edge wa- ter advancing and channeling outside casing,the reservoir had been recovered at low rate and poor efficiency,and the ultimate recovery of primary development was 15.3%.Based on earlier studies,the redevelopment of Block Xinhai 27 began in 2004 by using horizontal wells and thermal recovery technology.33.horizontal wells was put into production and the annual oil production increased from 1 x lO^t/a to 12 x 104t/a,equal to the production peak of primary devel- opment.The u/t/mate recovery doubled and the payback period was 2.9 years.It becomes a redevelopment demonstra- tion block of high standard,high level and high efficiency of PetroChina.
