摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定华蟾素注射液中华蟾素含量及有关物质的方法。方法采用RP-HPIE法，使用Shim—pack VP—ODS色谱柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水（70：30，v／v）为流动相，流速为1ml／min；在290nm波长处测定华蟾素注射液中华蟾素含量及有关物质。结果该方法的线性范围为0．25—4μg／ml（r=0．9995）；平均回收率为100．21％，RSD：1．97％（n=5）。结论该方法测定样品分离效果佳，灵敏度高，重现性好，结果准确可靠。
Objective To establish an RP - HPLC method for determination of the content of cinobufagin in cinobufagin injection and its related substances.Methods An optimal RP- HPLC method was developed. The samples were separated by Shim - pack VP - ODS column（150 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm）with methanolwater（70：30,v：v）as mobile phase and detected with UV 290 nm at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/ min.Results The calibration eurve was linear in the range of 0.25- 4μg/ml^-1（ r = 0.9 995）. The average recovery rate was 100.21%, RSD = 1.97% （ n = 5）. Conclusions The method is good in the aspects of separation effeet, reprodueibility, and sensitivity.
