摘要
根据1996年上海天文台(SO)和国际计量局(BIPM)时间部、美国海军天文台(USNO)、日本通讯研究所(CRL)的时间公报公布的协调世界时(UTC 和UTC(K))和综合 GPS 时间数据,提出通过比较分析的方法进行国际间 GPS 时间同步系统差的估计。
According to the data of UTC and the synthesized GPS time published by the time bulletin of Shanghai observatory(SO)and some time centres in the world(BIPM) time section,U.S Naval observatory(USNO)and comumcation reserch laboratory(CRL) from 1996,we carried out to estimate and verify the system deviation of international GPS time synchronization,by means of comparion and analysis over a long period of time in this paper.
