摘要 综合GPS时间(SynthesizedGPSTime)是UTC0h多星GPS时间的综合结果,它是由时间实验室在不同时刻接收的单星GPS时间比对数据,采用合适的平滑归化方法得到的。近年来,国际计量局(BIPM)时间部、美国海军天文台(USNO)和中国上海天文台(SO)的时间公报公布了综合GPS时间数据。我们对这些数据进行了时域特性分析和国际时间同步结果比较,得到了下面一些结论;(1)取样时间为亚天时,BIPM和USNO的综合GPS时间的时间比对精度和频率稳定度分别为5.4~78ns和3.4~6.9×10-14,SO的相应结果分别为9.6~11.8ns和13.9~15.2×10-14。在由综合GPS时间确定的国际时间同步结果中,BIPM和USNO的时间同步精度和频率稳定度分别为4.8~6.818和4.8~7.4×10-14,SO与BIPM和USNO时间同步的相应结果分别为10.3~14.6ns和14.0~16.2×10-14。So结果的水平差异主要是协调世界时主钟水平差异的反映;(2)综合GPS时间的结果有效地消除了SA效应的影响,其水平与正常状态下工作的单星结果水平相当,或更好些;其噪声过程屯是基本相类似的,主要是白噪声;(3)进行了综合GPS时间确定的国际时间同步长期结果的比较,SO与BIPM和USNO的系统差优于30ns,不确定度优于15ns,准确度估计优于100ns。 The Synthesized GPS time is the synthesized results of GPS time of many satellites at UTC oh, it can be obtained from the GPS time comparison data of single satellite received in the dif-ferent moment at the time laboratory, which uses suitab1e smooth ing-normalizing In recent years,the synthesized GPS time data have published by the Time Bu1letins of BIPM Time Section, U. S.Naval Observatory (USNO) and Shanghai Observatory in China- We carried out the time domain characteristics analyses and International time synchronization comparison for these data, and some conclusion have been obtained as follows. (1) When the sampling time is one day, the time compari-son precision and frequency stability of the syntheszed GPS time at BIPM and USNO are 5. 4-7. 8nsand 3. 4-6. 9×10-14 respectively, the corresponding results at SO are 9. 6-11. 8ns and 13. 9-15. 2×10-14. From International time synchronization results obtained by the synthesized GPS time. syn-chronization precision and frequency stabi1ity between BIPM and USNO are 4. 8-6. 8ns and 4. 8-7. 4 ×10-14 respectivelys, the corresponding results of time synchronization between So and BIPM (or USNO) are 10. 3-14- 6 ns and 14. 0-16. 2×1o-14 respectively. The level difference of these re-sults at SO is a main reflection of the level difference of UTC master clock. (2)The results of the synthesized GPS time have been eliminated effectively the affect of SA effect, it's level is commensu-rate with the level of single satellite results in the normal conditions, or is better than it;and their noise process are basically similar too, they are the main white noise. (3)Compared the long term re-sults of International time synchronization determinated by the synthesized GPS time, the results of so relative with BIPM and USNO are: the system deviation is better than 30ns, the uncertainty is better than 15ns, the accuracy estimated is better than 100ns.
