摘要 根据煤矿喷雾降尘的实际工作情况,应用系统可靠性理论建立了喷雾降尘效率的故障树。在系统分析喷雾降尘系统的相关因素和它们之间逻辑结构关系的基础上,将影响喷雾系统降尘效率的因素划分为4类。通过分析4类因素对煤矿喷雾降尘效率的关键重要性分析,得出煤尘颗粒的亚微观结构特征、性质及形状;矿井水的成分及性质;对水处理的方法在实际工作中必须综合考虑;喷嘴设计、布置和数量的优化配置和选择。 fault tree is established based on system reliability theory according to actual conditions of coal mine for studying the efficiency of reducing dust by spray. Factors influencing the efficiency are classified into four categories based on their logic relationships. Submicroscopic structural features, properties and shapes of coal dust granules are obtained through the analysis of critical importance of factors of these four categories to the efficiency of reducing dust by spray. Components and properties of mine water and water treat ment methods shall be comprehensively considered during actual practice. Nozzle design, layout and quantity shall be optimized, which is of much significance to the improvement of efficiency of reducing dust in coal mine.
