摘要
随着掘进工作面生产现场综合机械化程度的不断提高,煤矿半煤岩巷道掘进方式逐渐由放炮掘进改为综掘,显著地提高了掘进效率,保障了施工安全,降低了职工的劳动强度,但是也带来了新的问题:半煤岩巷道机掘过程中,产尘量增大。为了解决此问题,文章分别针对半煤岩机掘巷道迎头、转载点以及回风巷道3个位置进行治理,形成了半煤岩巷道机掘工作面迎头以除尘为主、转载点以控尘为主、回风巷道以捕尘为主的综合防尘体系,有效地降低了半煤岩机掘巷道的粉尘浓度。
With the increasing of integrated mechanization of tunneling working face, the way of tunnelling working method semi - coal seam used to be the explosion tunneling, which has been replaced by the way of integrated tunneling. This method increases the effi- ciency of tunneling , ensures the construction safety and reduces workers'working intension . However new problem has brought up, it is the accretion of dust. This essay has discussed the renovation method on the semi - coal seam mechanization tunneling laneway, re-shipment place and airiness lane way.
