摘要
从强化层的厚度、硬度和耐磨性等方面研究了脉冲放电下氨气对M2高速钢强化层的作用。结果表明,氮气对脉冲放电强化层具有明显的保护作用,并在较大程度上增进了强化效果。通过X射线衍射分析,扫描电镜能谱分析和形貌观察,探讨了氨气的作用机理。
In this paper protection and enhancement effects of N2 on pulse discharge strengthening of high speed steel M2 have been studied by investigating thickness,hardness and wear resistance of strengthened coating. The results have shown that protection and enhancement effects of N2 on pulse discharge strengthening is obvious. By X-ray diffraction analysis,SEM energy spectrum analysis and morphology observation, the mechanism of N2 effects has also been discussed
