摘要
研究了脉冲放电强化的占空比对M_0高速钢表面强化层硬度和耐磨性的影响.结果表明,在本实验条件下,9:1的占空比使强化层的硬度和耐磨性达到最佳值.通过XRD和SEM等方法探讨了占空比对强化层性能的影响机理,为该技术的工业应用提供了科学的依据.
The effect of occupation/empty ratio of pulse discharge on hardness and wear resistance of surface strength-ened coating on M2 high speed steel were studied. The results show that when the occupation/empty ratio is 9/1, the coating has the highest hardness and wear resistance in this experiment condition.
