摘要
研究了气相沉积TiN和Ti(C,N)镀层的抗氧化性能,通过SEM观察和XRD相分析,研究分析了氧化腐蚀产物类型,探讨了膜基体系失效机制。结果表明,气相沉积层的抗氧化性能明显优于无镀层的3Cr2W8V试样,尤以PCVDTiN性能最佳,氧化产物为金红石型TiO2。
The oxidation resistant properties of vapor deposited TiN and Ti (C, N)coatings on 3Cr2W8V die steel are studied in this paper. The oxidation corrosion product and failure mechanisms of coating/Substrate systems are investigated by means of SEM and XRD phase analysis. Vapor deposited coatings exhibit much better anti-oxidation properties in comparision to uncoated 3Cr2W8V die steel.TiN coating deposited by PCVD method shows the best anti-oxidation behavior at elevated temperature. The oxidation product is TiO2
