脐带血S100B蛋白对新生儿窒息后脑损伤判断的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脐带血S100B蛋白对新生儿窒息后脑损伤判断的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对正常阴道分娩、剖宫产非窒息、异常阴道分娩及剖宫产宫内窒息4个组的新生儿脐带血S100B蛋白含量进行检测并作对比分析。结果异常阴道分娩组及剖宫产宫内窒息组的新生儿脐带血S100B蛋白含量明显高于正常阴道分娩组及剖宫产非窒息组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);正常阴道分娩组与剖宫产非窒息组新生儿脐带血Sl00B蛋白含量差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新生儿脐带血S100B蛋白含量的检测有助于新生儿窒息后脑损伤的判断。 Objective To investigate the clinical significant of S100B protein in the diagnosis of brain damage following neonatal asphyxia. Method The levels of S100B protein in neonatal cord blood were determined and compared among 4 groups:the normal vaginal delivery birth,the cesarean section without intra-uterine asphyxia,the abnormal vaginal delivery,the cesarean section with intra-uterine asphyxia, Result The levels of S100B protein in abnormal vaginal delivery group and cesarean section with intra-uterine asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in normal vaginal delivery group and cesarean section without intra-uterine asphyxia group (P〈0,01), while there was no significant different of the S100B protein between the normal vaginal delivery group and cesarean section without intra-uterine asphyxia group (P〉0.05), Conclusion Cord blood S100B protein is a useful index for the diagnosis of brain damage following neonatal asphyxia.
