摘要
角膜病与机体的免疫状态存在着密切联系,有关角膜疾病的免疫学研究也越来越受到重视.我们通过应用脐带血对新西兰兔角膜外伤感染模型结膜下注射及滴眼的方法观察,研究脐带血在角膜疾病治疗中的作用,从而探索角膜疾病治疗新的有效方法.
The pathogenesis of the corneal disease related closely to immunity. Researchers are paying more attention to the immunological study on this aspect. The ef-fect of subconjunctival injection and dropping of human fetal umbilical cord blood to animal models suffering from keratitis and corneal ulcer were observed and stu-died. It was for searching a new effective method of the treatment of corneal diseases.
