摘要
目的:分析青光眼小梁术后浅前房的常见原因及处理方法。方法:对69例(81眼)青光眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房25眼进行原因分析及治疗效果观察统计。结果:本组81眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房25眼(31%),其原因有:房水滤过过强9眼(36%),睫状体脉络膜脱离8眼(32%),结膜瓣渗漏5眼(20%),恶性青光眼3眼(12%)。保守治疗21眼,手术治疗4眼。结论:青光眼滤过术后浅前房较常见,大多数浅前房可通过保守治疗治愈。
AIM： To analyze the causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma trabeculectomy.
METHODS： Sixty-nine patients （81 eyes） with glaucoma underwent trabeculectomy were reviewed on the causes and treatment of postoperative shallow anterior chamber.
RESULTS： The incidence of shallow anterior chamber was in 25 eyes （31%）. The causes were excessive aqueous humor filtration （36%, 9 eyes）, choroidal detachment （32%, 8 eyes）, filter bleb leaks （20%, 5 eyes）, malignant glaucoma （12%, 3 eyes）. Four eyes needed surgical procedure for the reformation of anterior or chamber. Anterior chamber reformed in other 21 eyes without any surgical procedure.
CONCLUSION： The incidence of shallow anterior chamber is high after trabeculetomy. Most of the shallow anterior chamber can be reformed through conservation treatment.
