摘要
目的研究复合式小梁切除术后角膜曲率和眼轴的改变,并探讨其临床意义。方法对116例青光眼患者实施复合式小梁切除术,观察术后7 d及术后3个月的角膜曲率变化及眼轴改变,并探讨青光眼术后植入人工晶体的最佳时间。结果 116例青光眼患者手术过程顺利,无重大并发症。术后7 d患者水平方向的角膜曲率(43.65±0.42)与手术前(43.44±0.51)差异无统计学意义,垂直方向角膜曲率(44.79±0.63)明显高于术前水平(43.63±0.52);术后3个月患者的水平及垂直方向的角膜曲率均与术前差异无统计学意义。术后7 d、3个月患者的眼轴长度[(21.73±1.21)mm、(21.66±1.32)mm]均较术前水平有所减低[(22.44±1.41)mm](P<0.05)。结论复合式小梁切除术后患者的角膜曲率和眼轴均有一定的改变,日后需行人工晶体植入术的患者需考虑手术对角膜曲率的影响并做好相关测量。
Objective To study the corneal curvature and axial changes after combined trabeculectomy, and discuss its clinical significance. Methods A total of 116 cases of patients with glaucoma composite trabeculectomy were observed for corneal Curvature and axial changes after 7 days and 3 months, and to explore the best time of intraoeular lens implantation after glaucoma surgery. Results All patients with glaucoma surgery went smoothly and had no major complications. For 7 days after surgery, the corneal curvature of horizontal direction (43.65±0.42) showed no significant difference with that of betore surgery (43.44± 0.51), and the corneal curvature of vertical direction (44.79± 0.63) was significantly higher than that of ,?reoperative level (43.63±0.52); the corneal curvature of horizontal and vertical directions of postoperative 3 months showed ificant difference than those of preoperation, The axial lengths of postoperative 7 days and 3 months (21.73±1.21) mm,(21.66±1.32mm) were slightly reduced than that of preoperative level (22.44±1.41mm) (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There are certain changes in corneal curvature and axial length of patients with composite trabecular resection, and it needs to con- sider the impact of surgery on the corneal curvature and make related measurements in patients with future need of intraoc- ular lens implantation.
