摘要
Sigma受体(sigma receptor,Sig R)是新发现的非吗啡类的独立受体,它参与保护神经、影响细胞活性和增殖、调节离子通道等重要生物学功能。Sig R在眼组织中包括在泪腺、晶状体、虹膜-睫状体和视网膜上都有表达,其配体在眼科领域也存在着广泛的作用。本文对Sig R的生物学特征及其在眼科的研究进展作一综述。
Sigma receptor (Sig R), a newly discovered nonmorphine class of receptor, which participates in the nerve protection, cell activity and proliferation, regulate ion channels and so on. Sig R is expressed in ocular tissues including lacrimal gland, lens, iris-ciliary body and retina. Its ligands have a lot of important biological functions in the field of ophthalmology, including stimulating lacrimal secretion, inhibiting human lens cell growth, lowering intraocular pressure, and protecting retinal cells. We summarized the biological characteristics and the recent advances in the ophthalmologic studies of Sig R.
