摘要 本文研究了用萃取分离环境样品中的有机砷和无机砷,用氢化物发生ICP-AES法测定的方法。As(Ⅲ)、As(Ⅴ)、DMA、MMA检测限在0.6~0.8ppb之间。各形态砷的浓度在1ppb~10ppm之间时工作曲线呈良好线性关系,相对标准偏差为1.4~2.2%。 Quantification and speciation of arsenic (Ⅲ), arsenic(Ⅴ), monomethyl arsonate(MMA)and dimethyl arsinate (DMA) can be achieved by extracting the former forms for ICP-AESwith hydride generation. Detection limits for As(Ⅲ), AB(Ⅴ), DMA and DMA range from 0.6to 0.8 ppb and are improved by about two order of magnitude compared to those obained withconventional pneumatic nebulizers Analysis linarity of all is at least four order of magnitude.Recoveries are 86~108% and RSD 1.4~2.2%. The method has been tested on a verity of st-andred reference materials and has reproducible and accurrate results.
